GET/calls/{call_id}/transcript

Get a call transcript

Retrieves the transcript for a call as a downloadable text file. Use call_id to identify the call whose transcript you need.

2 parameters

The identifier of the call whose transcript you want to retrieve.
Intercom-Versionstringoptional
The Intercom API version to use. Defaults to 2.17 when omitted.
Allowed:1.01.11.21.31.42.02.12.22.32.42.52.6Default:2.17

2 status codes
200Returns the call transcript as plain text.
404Returned when the call transcript is not found.
