Error handling

A 401 is returned when authentication fails, a 403 when dynamic content is not enabled, a 404 when the dynamic content is not found, and a 422 when it is still in use. The id path parameter must identify the dynamic content to delete, and the authenticated user needs the read_write_dynamic_content scope.
