Retrieve an article version

Retrieves a historical version of an article, including its title, description, and body content. Use article_id and id to identify the article and version, and locale to request content for a specific locale. Access requires the read_articles_scope OAuth scope.

The unique identifier of the article that contains the version.

The unique identifier of the article version to retrieve.

The locale for the version content. The locale must be configured for the workspace.
Intercom-Versionstringoptional
The Intercom API version to use. Defaults to 2.17 when omitted.

200Returns the article version object, including its title, description, HTML and Markdown body, author and creator identifiers, state, and timestamps.

String representing the object's type. Always has the value `article_version`.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when locale is not configured for the workspace. A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized, and a 404 is returned when the article or version cannot be found. The article_id path parameter and id path parameter must identify the article and version; access requires the read_articles_scope OAuth scope.
