GET/calls/{call_id}/recording

Get a call recording

Retrieves a redirect to a signed URL for a call recording when one is available. Use call_id to identify the call whose recording you want to access.

Intercom-Versionstringoptional
The Intercom API version to use. Defaults to 2.17 when omitted.

3 status codes
302Returns a redirect to the signed URL for the call recording.
401Returned when the request is unauthorized.

Error handling

A 401 is returned when the request is unauthorized. A 404 is returned when a recording is not found for the call_id path parameter.
